Cancellations and Refunds:

At Chaotic Creators Magazine, we strive to provide high-quality products and services. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. This policy outlines your rights regarding refunds, returns, and exchanges for both physical and digital products, as well as event tickets.

2. Physical Products (e.g., printed magazines, merchandise)

You are entitled to a refund or exchange under the following conditions:

Returns:
- You can return physical products within 14 days of receiving them.
- Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
- You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Refunds:
- Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Exchanges:

Postponed Events:
- If an event is rescheduled, your ticket will remain valid for the new date.
